Up-and-over door
An up-and-over door is a single rigid panel that pivots outward and up on canopy or retractable gear to sit horizontally under the garage ceiling when open.
It is one of the most common garage door types in the UK housing stock, sold in both manual and electric versions from around £995 installed. The gear type, canopy or retractable, determines maximum width and how well the door can be automated.
UK vs US usage
In the US this door type is almost always called an "overhead door" or "garage door" generically; "up-and-over" is the standard UK trade term and should always be used in place of "overhead door".
